What happens if I, as a client, contract an engineer and they don’t deliver?

Tell us immediately. There is always the small risk of service providers or engineers not delivering in accordance with an agreed contract. Any engineer who fails to deliver on scope, quality and timeframes should be reported to kkooee. We will either seek a resolution or will remove the engineer from the website.

 

What happens if I, as an engineer, deliver a project and the client doesn’t pay?

Tell us immediately. There is always the small risk that you deliver a project in accordance with the contract and payment is delayed or doesn’t come through. Any client that fails to pay on time should be reported to kkooee. We will either seek resolution or will remove the client from the website.

We take matters of dispute, fraudulent behaviour or inappropriate activity seriously. We request that any dispute, fraudulent behaviour or inappropriate activities be reported immediately as this is in the best interests of all registered kkooee clients and engineers.
